Stone Restorations

We welcome enquiries from private clients, construction companies, architects and conservation specialists for stone restorations. We have carried out many Stone restoration projects including churches, monuments and listed buildings such as Carnforth Railway station - home of the famous "Brief Encounter " film.

We can either replace damaged or corroded parts of your stone building or repair to a high quality standard, restoring your stone building or structure to its former glory.

We use a wide variety of high quality natural sandstone and limestone from quarries across the UK. We can also stone match when replacing pieces so that they blend in with the existing parts.

We can replace, repair or restore most stonemasonry items from window and door surrounds, columns , quoins, columns and finials to fine detailed carvings and lettering.

We also provide a stone and marble fireplace restoration service. Whether an accident on a recently installed natural stone fireplace or a full restoration on a grand Georgian marble fireplace surround such as the one pictured below, where we replaced several parts including fine detailed Laurel leaf carvings and moulded top and sided slips.

Please give us a call to discuss your required restoration project, we will be happy to make a site survey where possible.
